Battens Disease
A friend of mine has two children who have been diagnosed with Battens Disease, a genetic terminal illness. In an effort to help her raise awareness as well as funding for medical research, I have included a link to the Battens website. I'm a wife, and a mom, and a daughter, and a sister, and a friend. I am also a Christian, a political conservative, and a Leo. Guess that makes me pretty opinionated and not afraid to broadcast those opinons!
