White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons brandy
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package white chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream together butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs and brandy. Stir in flour and baking soda until incorporated. Mix in chips and cranberries. Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden. Remove to wire racks to cool.
Yield: 4 dozen
