After dinner, we piled into the van and headed back up to the school for the Science Fair awards ceremony. We received a call from the school this afternoon letting us know that Ryan was one of the top three students for the fourth grade. Not bad considering there were over 180 entrants. He was thoroughly embarrassed when I rushed up to snap a picture, and refused to look over at me.

I was so impressed with his project! I suppose technology makes science projects look nice a lot sooner these days, huh... no handwritten notebook pages stuck to a poster anymore! Congrats Ryan!
