Not Easily Impressed
I made homemade applesauce today. It was delicious. I peeled, cored and quartered twenty (TWENTY!) apples. Simmered them in a little water and added pie seasoning--no extra sugar. The kids enjoyed the applesauce, but when I showed them that I peeled (almost) all the apples in one long strip, they weren't impressed! I was impressed. So impressed I took a picture to prove it.
