While getting the girls ready for the family party, I discovered that Olivia had gotten lice. There were only a few live ones, but several eggs were visible in the front of her scalp. Gulp. So, Dad offered to run up to Whiteford Pharmacy to get shampoo. Later I also got all new brushes for each member of our family, additional treatment shampoo, and special combs to help find nits, plus bobby pins for pinning back hair during our checks and gel to help prevent those who did not have lice from getting them. So far I've spent over $100 to try to get rid of these little suckers. But having them eliminated is priceless.
