Our schools have cut back on teacher work days a bit this year. Instead of entire days, they are doing half-days, so the kids are released at 11 a.m. I don't think the kids realize that they are losing out on having a whole day off. They are so excited about coming home early! They were home and done with lunch and homework by noon, and Ryan was outside with his friends playing kickball. The girls were playing with their best neighborhood friends too.
